I got the eye-dea for this when I was painting something else and realized I could make a good looking central eyeball by using a contact lens package. I put the black paint in the inside for the pupil, let it dry, then did the blue, then the white. It worked really well. The teeth are made from plastic forks. The 'body' is mostly toilet paper mache with a web of hot glue drawn across it for texture. Super easy to make and it turned out OK. Wish I had the chops to make these things to scale - it would not be usable as a figurine in an actual game.
