Sadly, this is not to scale. Partly this is because I'm using packing foam, which is not very easy to work with, though I have found it makes for good stone texture because it's already porous. Earlier, I'd tried making earth elementals out of epoxy and stones. They turned out poorly - usable, but not very good looking. This one, I think, looks good... but it isn't usable for anything other than a chachki for the shelf.
