2 Years!

 

Thanks to Roland Diaz for this amazing illustration to commemorate my 2 year anniversary in podcasting.  As always, I am blown away by his talent.

A couple other things happened exactly on the 15th, which is the show's birthday.

• I hit an all time one-day download record.  I was just shy of a milestone number I never in my wildest thought I'd hit.  this gives me a lot of confidence.  One day, I will hit that number - just gotta keep going and gotta keep improving.
• I had my first live-at-the-table game in about 30 years.  I'm in my late forties now and my last game was in my teens.  Man... it was so good to be back at the table.  Virtual has been good - even great - but there's nothing like flesh & blood, dorks-at-the-table.  Thanks to the other dorks who hosted and joined in.  Had a great, great time and I'm hoping live ttrpgs will be a regular event in future.

We all work a lot, right? 

Day jobs are tough.
